This Join or Die Flag is 3 feet by 5 feet and is white with a black snake cut into multiple pieces and black text. The original purpose of this illustration was to united the colonies of the new America against the French and Native American people who were trying to cause the colonists harm. Benjamin Franklin came up with the original illustration. Many consider this flag to be a flag of the Libertarian party.
